I hereby grant permission to The Infinity Collective to photograph my child(ren) and family during the community event, Sherwood Festival, scheduled for 18th November 2023. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

I release and discharge The Infinity Collective, the community event organizers, their assigns, employees, and any third parties acting under their permission, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses arising out of the use of the photographs and videos taken during the event, as described in this waiver. Ownership of Images: I understand that the copyright to these images belongs to The Infinity Collective.

I acknowledge that all photographs taken during the event may be uploaded to an open share gallery. I understand that these images will be made available to all event participants and may be accessible to the public. I release The Infinity Collective, the community event organizers, and their assigns from any liabilities that may arise from the use and sharing of these images in the open gallery.

Personal Information and Marketing Communication: I permit The Infinity Collective and the community event organizers to gather my personal information, including my email contact and phone number, provided upon signing up for the complimentary portrait session. I understand that this information may be used for future marketing emails related to community events and photography services.
