We specialize in visual content creation and brand media strategy. We provide fully edited photos, polished vertical videos, and strategic content guidance during your monthly consultation. We do not manage daily account scheduling, copywriting, community engagement, or posting directly to your social channels.
Can we get the raw, unedited video footage or RAW photo files?
All packages include fully color-graded, professionally edited high-resolution photos and final video cuts to maintain brand quality. Unedited RAW video B-roll clips (ideal for internal content creation or quick behind-the-scenes Reels) can be added to any retainer package upon request.
Are videos shot in vertical format for Instagram Reels and TikTok?
Yes. Our video content for our social media packages is captured natively in 9:16 vertical format, optimized specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts etc.
What happens if we need to reschedule due to weather or illness?
Outdoor shoots affected by severe weather or sudden illness can be rescheduled to the next available date at no extra cost. We monitor weather forecasts prior to every scheduled shoot to make sure.
Do we get full commercial rights to use the content for paid advertising?
Yes. Every content package includes full commercial digital usage rights. You can utilize your custom photo and video media across organic social channels, paid Meta/TikTok ad campaigns, email marketing newsletters, digital billboards, print marketing materials, and your website indefinitely.
Is travel included for shoots outside central Brisbane?
Travel is included for all shoot locations within a 1-hour drive of Oxley, Queensland (covering most of metropolitan Brisbane, Ipswich, and surrounding suburbs). For shoot locations more than one hour’s drive from Oxley, QLD, a travel fee of $100 applies. Custom travel quotes are available for regional destination shoots across the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and greater Queensland.
